Who we are

This website is run by Al-Qurum Metal Industries Factory Co. (Unified National Number 7041003521), Dammam, Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions: info@alqurmiic.com.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect: your name, company (optional), mobile number, email (optional), city, project type, the work you need and its details, and any files you attach.

With each request we store a hashed value derived from your IP address to protect the form from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or visitor-tracking tools.

Why we use it

To study your request, prepare a quotation and contact you about it, and to keep a record of requests for follow-up.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the request. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

Sharing and hosting

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing, and only our responsible team can see it. The website is hosted by Bluehost, whose servers may be located outside Saudi Arabia.

Third-party services

We use Google Fonts to display text, so your browser connects to Google servers. Google Maps loads only when you press the show-map button. WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp and are subject to its policy.

Retention

We keep requests and their attachments for no longer than two years from the last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Email us at info@alqurmiic.com.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible, and only our team can reach them with a password.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and show the date of the latest update at the top of the page.
